I don&#039;t have any experience using Forschner knives, but they look like a decent value for a low price. The only concern I have is that it doesn&#039;t look like the steel of the knife extends into the handle (I&#039;m just going by the pictures and quick descriptions I read), so you&#039;d risk damaging or even breaking one if you were doing a heavy duty task like deboning a leg of lamb, for example. Just my 2 cents! Thanks for stopping by.
