I love pumpkins!! I try to bake with them every year, they taste great!

My favorite time of year to cook to be honest! As temperatures are much more cooler outside, I have an excuse to use the oven all the time to cook because “it is too cold to be standing in the kitchen”. And thus my favorite ingredient would either be pork belly or lamb shanks. But since the poster above me mentioned pork belly, then lamb shank it is! Reason being, I LOVEEEEEEE lamb and braising it is so so easy but looks and tastes sophisticated!
I followed and retweeted!

I love butternut squash. It speaks of cool nights and warmth trapped from the sun.A side dish of the fresh harvested tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and smothered with fresh chopped basilbrings all the warmth and flavor of summer back.

I love persimmons. They are so wonderful. Firm yet moist – healthy yet sweet – small, yet filling.
It’s a wonderful and underutilized piece of produce.
